Return/Refund Policy
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your order, items may be returned within 14 business days to receive store credit. Sale items, consumable products AND accessories are FINAL SALE.
Items must be in brand new condition, unworn, no strong smells or pet hair for store credit.
You will receive your store credit sent to your email on file once an item has been returned and inspected. (Please allow us 48 hours to process returns)
If the item arrives to you damaged you will have 7 days from arrival to contact me. (I will use the date delivered from the tracking number)
Once the tags have been removed and the item worn it can no longer be returned.
Preorders and Custom orders are NOT refundable unless the product is physically damaged upon arrival to us. Please read the preorder post carefully before ordering.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return items sent by you.
