At B7, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for store credit.
 
Return Conditions:
 
All returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition with original tags attached. They must be free from odors, pet hair, or signs of wear.
 
Items that have been worn, washed, or have had tags removed cannot be returned.
 
Returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, and store credit will be issued once the return is approved.
 
In-Store Purchases:
 
Returns for in-store purchases are only accepted if the item was
tried on at the time of purchase.
 
Pre-Ordered Items:
 
Preorder items are ordered specifically for you and will be considered non returnable. If there is an issue with quality/design etc consideration will be given on a case by case basis.
 
Damaged Items:
 
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
 
Return Shipping:
 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items purchased in-store without being tried on
 
ALL RETURNS WILL BE AT THE OWNERS DISCRECTION. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS AND SERVICE AS NEEDED.

We are not responsible for lost return items. Please consider using a trackable method with insurance when shipping your items back.
